The ruling BJP with mission 65 plus, has put up hoarding, posters with punch line, Jharkhand Pukara Bhajpa Dobara, the JMM hoarding reads of Chalo Chale AB Badle Sarkar. The AJSU party contesting election alone is luring voters with slogans Abki Baar Goan Ki Sarkar. The grand old party Congress contesting election in alliance with JMM and RJD has put up hoardings with slogans of Congress Ne Li hain Saugandh, Baneyege Buland Jharkhand.

The hoardings and posters put up by political parties are eye-catching with political parties highlighting their respective manifesto and achievements.

The BJP with its hoardings has tried to lure voters with the schemes launched by centre and State Government respectively. Schemes—Ayushman Yojana under which there is medical insurance upto Rs 5 lakh, providing gas connectivity through Ujjwala Yojana, houses under PM Awas scheme and registry of property at Rs 1 for women upto Rs 50 lakh among others finds place in saffron party hoardings.

State BJP election co in-charge Nand Kishore Yadav said, “The Raghubar Das Government has fulfilled ninety per cent of its promises it has made in 2014 Assembly election. Also the BJP Government at centre under the leadership of Narendra Modi too has fulfilled most of its promises.” Yadav said, “Our success in election is on the basis of our achievements and going to people with successful schemes.”

The BJP leader claim that the welfare schemes of centre and State Government has really brought the turnaround as people living standard has improved.

While the BJP through its hoarding is banking on its successful schemes, the JMM has tried to highlight the electoral promises in its manifesto. The JMM through its hoarding has talked about 27 per cent reservation to OBC, 28 per cent reservation to ST and 12 per cent reservation to Scheduled Caste. The JMM hoarding also mention about 50 per cent reservation to women in Government services.

The AJSU party too through hoardings has highlighted its manifesto such as passing of 73 per cent reservation which includes 27 per cent for OBC, 32 per cent for Scheduled Tribes and 14 percent for Scheduled Caste in first Cabinet meetings. The AJSU party poll promise of setting up minority directorate and houses to weavers also find place in hoardings.
