PM to interact with BJP cadres, workers through VC

The State BJP has made elaborate arrangements for ‘world’s largest video conferencing’ in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with over 1 crore BJP workers and volunteers from nearly 15,000 locations across the country on February 28. BJP leaders claimed that it will be the world largest video conference with such a large number of people attending the function.

For making the function a grand affair, the State BJP has a made a detailed plan with senior BJP leaders including Union Ministers, Ministers in Raghubar Das Government, MPs, and MLAs attending the function at different places.

State BJP president and party Rajya Sabha MP, Laxman Gilua is going to attend the function at Chakradharpur, Sudarshan Bhagat minister of state for tribal affairs is going to attend the function at Raidih in Gumla district, minister of state for civil aviation Jayant Sinha in Hazaribag, CP Singh state urban development and housing minister at Sukhdeo Nagar in State Capital, Minister in Raghubar Das Government Louis Marandi in Dumka, Neera Yadav in Jhumri Telaiya, party MPs Bidyut Baran Mahato in Jamshedpur, Ramtahal Choudhary in Ormanjhi among others.

BJP MLA from Gumla, Shiv Shankar Oroan said, “The function is scheduled on 12 noon. The party to make the function a grand affair had earlier asked party cadres to send their questions to the Prime Minister for interaction titled Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot , through NaMo app.”

The video conferencing is part of BJP several outreach programme running in state. As part of BJP outreach programme, the party today organsied a outreach programme with women at Basia block of Gumla district. The function was attended by Shiv Pratap Shukla, Minister of State for Finance.

Attending the function, Shukla said, “It is the courage of Narendra Modi Government that has retaliated to Pulwama attack. The Indian Air Force has attacked terror camps in Pakistan without any casualty to civilian.”

He further said, on earlier occasions too, India has faced terror attacks but it is Narendra Modi government which has retaliated.

The Minister speaking on the occasion also talked about women empowerment especially in agriculture sector. He asked the women to go for entrepreneurship in sectors such as horticulture, fisheries and other.

The function which was held under the agesis of Vikas Bharti Bishunpur was attended by Minister for State tribal affairs Sudarshan Bhagat, local MLA Shiv Shankar Oroan, Ashok Bhagat secretary Vikas Bharti among others.

Shiv Shankar Oroan said, ‘Eastern India including Jharkhand holds critical importance in generating second green as it has been largely untouched.

Both the centre and State Government are giving importance for making second green revolution a success in State.”
