A Class-VIII student of the Mahanadi Coalfields Limited’s (MCL) DAV Public School, Master Chinmaya Choudhary, has been selected to witness the landing Chandrayan-2 on moon on September 7 along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Chinmaya, son of Diptirani Patel and Pankaja Kumar Choudhury, Chemist, MCL's Lakhanpur Area in Jharsuguda district, studies in the DAV Public School, Bandhabahal.
Being among top scorer in the Space Quiz 2019 that was held on www.MyGov.in, Chinmaya has been invited to ISRO facility at Bengaluru to watch the landing of Chandrayaan-2 on the moon.
MCL CMD BN Shukla has congratulated Master Chinmaya, his teachers and parents on this special achievement. “I congratulate teachers and parents of Chinmaya for providing all needed support to young talent who has brought laurels to the company,” Shukla added.
