Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Punjab unit chief and MP from Sangrur, Bhagwant Mann on Saturday said that union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal and former Punjab Finance Minister Parminder Sungh Dhindsa should not spread rumors about his quitting the AAP and joining some other political outfit. Terming these gimmicks as a mere figment of their imagination, Mann dared them to face the reality on the ground in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
The AAP MP said that his party was the only one that had emerged out of many struggles, unlike the other traditional parties, which groomed their blue-eyed boys to ensure that the power did not go out of their hands.
Mann reiterated that he had during his speeches, said that the biggest threat to the integrity of the country and its democratic traditions was the Modi-Shah duo and that AAP was ready to make the biggest sacrifice to oust them from power corridor.
Mann dared SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal through Harsimrat Kaur Badal to contest from the Sangrur Parliamentary constituency opposite him.
Mann said Harsimrat should focus more on her seat and Dhindsa should, instead of giving unsolicited advisories, follow the advice of his father.
