DAV CSpur wins nat’l quiz on Gandhiji
Bhubaneswar: The DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur quiz team has once again proved its mettle by winning the national quiz on ‘Gandhiji-life and works’ organised by the National Council of Science Museums in Kolkata on Wednesday. Altogether 22 teams from across the country participated in the event out of which five entered the finals. The DAV team bagged a trophy, a citation and a cheque of Rs 50,000 after defeating the Holy Family School, Goa. Amritanshu Rath of Class-VIII and Sovan Sourav Mohanty of Class-X participated in the quiz with the guidance of quiz club in-charge teacher Dr Sarbadaman Singh.
