Taking serious note on officers’ negligence over complaints received at Chief Minister (CM) Window, the Project Director, CM’s Good Governance Associates Programme Rakesh Gupta on Tuesday directed to the officers of all the departments to take appropriate action on the pending cases at the earliest.
He said that strict action may be taken against officers and officials, who show laxity towards redressal of complaints.

Due to lack of proper action by the authorities on pending complaints received under the Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department, Gupta has issued instructions to the Additional Chief Secretary of the Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department to take appropriate action on pending cases within 15 days.
He expressed his displeasure on not taking satisfactory action on three complaints of tax evasion received at CM window under the Transport Department and in this regard, directed to write a letter to the Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department for disposal of pending cases soon.
The Project Director directed to redress the pending cases of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran within two weeks. Apart from this, he also issued strict directions to the officers of Vigilance, Social Justice and Empowerment, Development and Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies Departments and asked them improve their functioning.
