Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Wednesday reiterated his Government claim of providing piped drinking water connection in remote tribal hinterland of State. Das said that in next one year Government will provide piped drinking water connections in tribal/Dalits villages. As per Government claims, the water coverage in State has been increased from 12 percent to 32 percent and by 2020 due to various projects of state government and the target of providing water coverage in 50 percent of the State will be covered by 2020.
