Public Works Minister Sajjan Singh Verma has said that as per the promise made in the manifesto, gaushalas will be built in every village panchayat for which the State Government will provide financial assistance.
Minister Verma was addressing the bhoomi-pujan programme of Gaushala in Kishanpura village of gram panchayat Kanheriya in Dewas district on Monday.
Minister Verma distributed free bicycles to the students of Class VI and IX in Taqnkkhurd Janpad.
He told the officials to ensure cent percent enrollment of students in the schools. Verma gave a cheque of financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh to Ramesh Chandra, father of the girl who was electrocuted.
He also planted saplings in government model school premises and Dewas police line campus.
