The State Excise Commissioner and Principal Secretary felicitated Gajapati district Excise ASI Kishore Chandra Rath with a cup and certificate of merit for his achievements in athletics. Kishore has got bronze medal in 100 meters race in the age group of 50 years and above held in an athletic meet in Raipur recently. He also won a silver medal in triple jump and a bronze in long jump event while participating in the athletic meet at Guntur on behalf of the Odisha Master Athletes. He has also been selected to participate in a sports championship to be held in Malaysia on behalf of the National Master Athletes' Federation.
