Employee of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya Sheela Bai who retired on Friday, was given a farewell in the office. On the occasion of farewell ceremony, Prof Sarit Kumar Chaudhuri (Director, IGRMS) and Dilip Singh (Joint Director, IGRMS) presented a shawl, memento and gift.
Prof Chaudhuri said, “Farewell to our colleague Sheela Bai is a very tragic moment for all of us, but we will always remember your role in the development of the IGRMS. Today, you are retiring from the service of the museum, but I hope that you will always keep the relationship with the museum.” On this occasion, Dilip Singh (Joint Director, IGRMS) was present the cheque of GPF to Sheela Bai. Thereafter, employees shared their experiences and memorable moments spent in museum while working with Sheela Bai and said, “We all greet you for the future life.” The program was conducted by Mod Rehan (Lib & Infor Assistant, IGRMS).
