Electronic goods worth Rs 90000 were burgled from a parked van at Rajeev Nagar on Friday; Ayodhya Nagar police have started investigation.
The victim Ashish Raghuvanshi was scheduled to deliver electronic goods used at mobile towers of JIO company and after loading the goods it was scheduled to deliver the goods on Friday and when it was checked two boxes of electronic goods were found burgled.
Police said that the victim collected the goods from warehouse at Eithkhedi and was scheduled to deliver the goods on Friday which is routine and he parks the vehicle for the night on the same day and delivers goods on the next day. In the morning on Friday he found that two boxes were burgled. The police have registered a case under sections 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation. Police said that the CCTV footage of the nearby installed cameras would be searched in the further investigation.
Meanwhile, Rs 20000 cash were burgled from a parked scooter at Advocate Colony under Shahjehanabad police station in the morning on Friday.
The victim Jagdish Dubey had gone to meet his friend in the same colony and parked the scooter in front of house and later cash was stolen.
Police have registered a case under section 379 of the IPC and started further investigation.
