Central Electricity Supply Utility (CESU) CEO Md Sadique Alam on Tuesday directed all the electrical divisions to give emphasis on redressal of customers’ grievances during his visit to all the 20 electrical divisions in nine districts. He also reviewed the performance of billing, metering, customer grievances and maintenance of lines, sub-stations and electrical installations of each division.
Reviewing the performance review of CED-Cuttack, NED-Nimapara, AED-Athgarh and SED-Salipur on February 16, he expressed his displeasure for non-performance of above activities in all the divisions by the franchisee engaged for such work.He directed the franchisees and the Cesu officials to take immediate steps for development of customers’ services, upkeep of lines and sub-stations and revenue activities.
