The Vyasanagar Public School held a preparatory meeting here on Saturday for an Inter-State CBSE Kabaddi Tournament to be held from October 12 to 14.
Addressing the mediapersons, school Principal Dr Debasmita Sahoo said as many as 76 CBSE Schools from Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Odisha will participate in the tournament, which will be sponsored by the CBSE Bhubaneswar Region.
The school would provide all the accommodations and transport facilities from Jajpur-Keonjhar Road Railway Station and Jajpur Road Bus-Stand to the student coming from different parts. A cultural programme would be held on the valedictory day, he added
Among others, school Vice-Principal Narayan Chandra Raul and teacher Raghunath Mishra were present.
