Congress candidate of Scheduled Tribe reserved seat for Chitrakot by-polls, Rajman Benzam will file nomination papers on Monday.
He will be accompanied by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Mohan Markam. Hundreds of party cadres have planned to take out a procession before Bemzam formally files the nomination papers.
Baghel and Markam would also address a public meeting on Monday at former Mission Ground Jagdalpur in support of the Congress candidate.
