The Manav Adhikar Surakhya Manch in its 94th Ghanta Yatra (cymbal beating rally) here on Monday submitted a memorandum to the Ganjan Collector and demanded to take steps for providing drinking water to every house under the Janibili Mega Drinking Water Project.
The Manch also demanded that steps to be taken for repairing roads in the city which were dug up for underground pipelines. Manch coordinator Abani Kumar Gaya said that even if three months have passed since the pipe water project was inaugurated by the CM, not a single house in the city has got a drop of water.
