POSOCO holds AGM
NEW DELHI: Power System Operation Corporation Ltd. (POSOCO) successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting on Saturday. This was the Company’s first Meeting with the presence of its whole time Directors after becoming an independent Government Company in January, 2017. Representatives from the Ministry and Auditors were also present. A dividend of Rs 4.74 crore was approved to be paid to the Ministry of Power.
