The Koraput District Judge-led Commission of Inquiry probing the Kunduli gangrape and suicide case on Sunday visited Musaguda village and interrogated the victim’s family members.
The three-member team also visited the crime spot, where the girl had been allegedly gangraped by four persons in uniform.
Notably, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had in February announced the judicial panel to probe into the matter.
The Public Prosecutor said the commission would conduct a hearing soon.
On October 10, 2017, the minor girl had alleged that four persons in uniform raped her. Following public outcry, the case was first investigated by the police and later handed over to the Crime Branch.
Initially, the commission was asked to submit its report within three months. After its tenure expired on March 25, 2018, the Home Department extended the tenure to three more months.
