Police book four accused for attempted murder in Bhopal

Bagh Sewania police have nabbed four accused charged with attempt to murder at Amar Parisar during a marriage procession on Friday. The miscreants were nabbed on Saturday by police.

Police said that the accused identified as Pradeep Subramaniam (19), Dileep Rai alias Choure (21), Ankit alias Ankush Yadav (19) and Param alais Parmeshwar Dhurve (19) attacked the victim Sonu Kurre after he stopped the accused from creating nuisance in marriage procession in his neighbor.

The victim was attacked in his stomach and was discharged after providing preliminary investigation.

On the day of incident accused entered the place where women were dancing at the marriage procession and started to dance teasing the women and tried to molest them. One of the youths lakhan of the area asked the accused to leave the place the accused started to abuse him and threatened him and when Sonu Kurre tried to rescue him he was attacked with sharp edged weapon by Param. In the attack Nitin Kushwaha was also attacked with sharp edged weapon by Pradeep. The accused Dileep and Ankit attacked the two with wooden sticks.

During the investigation police have not found any crime record of the four accused. Param works as a plumber, Dileep works as computer printer ink-refilling shop, Pradeep is a third year student of engineering from Trinity college and Ankush is a line man with MPSEB. 

Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police registered a case under section 376, 506 and 294 of the IPC nabbed the accused and have started further investigation.
