Teelajamalpura police have nabbed a 30-year-old man for sexually assaulting his 29-year-old sister-in-law at Indra Nagar. Case has been registered on Monday after victim braved to lodge complaint against accused said police.

Police said that the accused Raju Ahirwar sexually assaulted her three months and used to sexual exploit her by threatening. 

The victim in her complaint stated that she along with her family is tenant of the accused and three months ago when her husband was not present the accused entered the house and sexually assaulted her.

later he escaped the spot and before leaving threatened victim not to report the incident.

The victim braved to report the incident to her husband and later a complaint was lodged with the police.

Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police registered a case under section 376 of the IPC and started further investigation.

Meanwhile, a 24-year-old divorced woman was sexually assaulted by 28-year-old man near Adarsh hospital under Shahjehanabad police station area; victim was sexually exploited for the past five months by the accused, said police.

The accused identified as Amir Khan sexually exploited the victim from the October 2017 and when the victim asked for marriage he refused, assaulted and threatened her. 

The police have registered a case under section 376, 323, 506 of the IPC and have started search for the accused.

The victim after divorce used to live with her two children in Shahjehanabad area.

In her complaint victim stated that accused developed relationship on the pretext of marrying her but later refused and assaulted her.
