Janmejay Khanduri who has been appointed the senior superintendent of police in Haridwar has been posted in the district earlier too during his career.
In the past, he was posted as the Circle Officer (civil), Roorkee CO and in 40 wing PAC. His experience in Haridwar will help him face the major challenges that await him here, opine the crime experts.
Though the outgoing SSP Ridhim Agarawal had joined just two months ago, and now she has been promoted as DIG STF, some are questioning the possible reasons for such an early transfer. She has worked earlier in special task force too.
