Mumbai based business tycoon, Tej Bahadur Saxena with his wife Savitri drives to his Khandala bungalow for spending a long weekend during Holi but due to unanticipated storm and heavy rain they could only reach their holiday spot by midnight.

As soon as they reach, a stranger, an 18 year old boy knocks at their door to seek refuge from the rainstorm. After verifying that the boy is not dangerous, Tej Bahadur Saxena permits him to spend a night in their bungalow. Tej Bahadur Saxena offers him Scotch whisky and later asks him to play cards. Meanwhile the boy starts getting attention from Savitri.

The Title "Jungle Mein Khulne Wali Khidki" is used symbolically in the play and also plays a crucial part in the advancement of the story.

The play exposes the hypocrisy and deception of the capitalist society.
