Haryana Congress chief Ashok Tanwar on Sunday said that the attendance in the “Jan Aakrosh Rally” held at the national capital was quite beyond all the estimates.
Tanwar thanked the people and Congressmen of Haryana for joining “Jan Aakrosh Rally” in lakhs in Delhi.
In a press statement issued here, he said that this was the first rally organised by congress party after the elevation of Rahul Gandhi as President of INC, which was attended by the lakhs of people from all the corners of country to listen to their leaders.
He said that the anger of the people against the inefficient and weak government of BJP which is poisoning the minds of the people on the basis of caste and religion, was the main reason that such a large number of people joined the rally. It has proved that the people of the country are not willing to tolerate the dictatorial and Jumalbaaz government of BJP anymore, he added.
