The Haryana Government has issued a list of 44 blocks to be allocated to the senior administrative secretaries to accelerate the process of reform, perform and transformation in the State.
The decision to allocate the blocks to senior officers was taken during the three-day chintan shivar (brainstorming session) organised at Timber Trail, Parwanoo in Himachal Pradesh in December last year.
The final list of blocks has been made available to the officers, said an official spokesman.
He said that named ‘Parivartan’, this initiative aims to improve the lives of people on ten common fields and one field as per the individual choice of the officers. The senior administrative secretaries have been requested to submit upto a maximum of five preferences latest by February 2.
The blocks which have been identified under this initiative include Assandh, Badli, Bahadurgarh, Ballabhgarh, Baragadhha, Bawani Kheri, Beri, Charkhi Dadri, Ferozepur Jhirka, Gharaunda, Gohana, Guhla, Hathin, Kalayat, Indri, Kharkhoda, loharu, Madlauda, Meham, Mahendergarh, Mustafabad, Nahar, Morni, Naraingarh, Narnaund, Narwana, Nilokheri, Nizampur, Nuh, Panipat, Pataudi, Pundri, Punhana, Rania, Ratia, Sadhaura (Part), Safidon, Samalkha, Sampla, Satnali, Tohana, Uchana and Uklana.
Notably, during the closing session of the chintan shivir, Chief Minister Manohar lal had exhorted the senior administrative officers to reignite the passion of the time when they entered the civil services and to combine it with the rich experience they have gained ever since their career while they lead this effort.
