Politicians holding positions as well as and aspirants of party tickets for the 2019 general elections from different parties have wrapped the Athagarh town with New Year greetings in flex having the pictures of their leaders.
OPCC general secretary Uma Ballav Rath, who has been virtually declared as the Congress candidate for the Athagarh Assembly constituency, BJP’s Brajendra Ray, Manmath Mishra and Ramnarayan Mohanty, BJD’s Avaya Kumar Barik and sitting MLA Ranendra Pratap Swain have erected several flex boards at different strategic points of the town.
Other than the Congress, it is observed that there are multiple ticket aspirants in both BJD and BJP.
