The Congress party on Monday declared its working committee for its Information Technology (IT) Cell.
Jaywardhan Bissa from Raipur has been appointed as its State Chief of party’s IT Cell while appointments were also made for parliamentary constituencies and assembly segments of the State.
Keeping in view that the Cell would have to play key role in upcoming Assembly polls, a separate Social Media War Room has been established in the new office of the Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) 'Rajiv Bhawan' situated at Shankar Nagar, party sources informed.
The State Working Committee of IT cell comprises of General Secretaries, Sagar Solanki, Prakashmani Vaishnav, Shikhar Kaushik, Yogesh Panigrahi, Satyam Shukla, Snehil Bhardwaj; Secretaries Anshul Pandey, Dikshant, Gitesh Gandhi, Anshul Walia, Shan Saify, Kritika Pandey, Niharika Verma and Swati Rajak.
Rahul Shrivastava has been made In-charge for the Raipur lok Sabha constituency while Abhay Singh for Raipur (West) Assembly constitunecy, Avinash Niyal for Raipur (Rural) Assembly constituency, Banty Nihal for Raipur (North) Assembly constituency and Rajat Dubey Raipur (South) Assembly constituency.
Chairman, Communication Wing of CGPCC Shailesh Nitin Trivedi informed that all the frontal organizations of Congress namely National Students Union of India (NSUI), Indian Youth Congress (IYC) and Women’s Congress will indirectly work for the Cell.
Further informing about the functioning of the Cell, he informed that it will work at the booth level.
