National President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Women’s Wing Vijaya Rahatgaonkar would be on a visit of the State from July 3 to 5.
Ahead of Assembly polls in the State, Rahatgaonkar would boost morale of State Women’s Wing members and will provide tips to them so that they could play a key role in the polls.
A series of meetings were held in the State BJP office at Kushabhau Thakre premises under chairmanship of State President of BJP's Woman’s Wing, Puja Vidhani on Friday.
Apprising about the tour programme of Rahatgaonkar, Vidhani said a bike rally would be taken out from the Airport to State BJP Office to accord a rousing welcome to her.
Rahatgaonkar would meet intellectuals on July 3 and would proceed for Dhamtari on July 4 to participate in booth-level programme of Women’s cell.
She would be in Bastar region on July 5 where she will chair a convention of beneficiaries. After that, she will proceed for Raipur from where she will return to New Delhi, Vidhani informed.
Chairperson of Social Welfare Board, Shobha Soni, Shalini Rajput, Asha Dubey, Minal Chaubey, Channi Verma, Vibha Awasthi and other state-level office bearers of the BJP's Women’s Wing were present in the meeting.
