City police, which is probing into the sensational rape case of a minor on Tuesday submitted petition with the court of first additional district judge, Ashok Kumar, for the brain mapping test and narco anaylysis test of the accused Indrapal Saini (43), Shiv Kumar Mahto (25) and Srikant (26).
All three accused in Sahara City minor rape case lodged in Ghaghidih Central Jail will undergo brain mapping and narco analysis test.
“Yes we have today filed a petition for making the three named accused in the minor rape case to undergo brain mapping and narco analysis test which will be done at Ganghi Nagar in Gujarat. Once the court gives its approval, we will approach a forensic science lab in Gandhi Nagar for the two tests," said the senior SP.
The 17-year-old girl who worked as a maid in the house of a businessman at Sahara City was raped by three persons. As the matter came to the notice of the house owner, Nanak Chandra Seth, he made the victim's mother, who is a resident of Kawali in Potka block to lodged an FIR against three with the Mango police station onJanuary 19.
The police had registered a case of rape and POCSO Act against three persons with the Mango thana for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl who works as a maid at the house of Nanak Chandra Seth, a businessman at Sahara City in Mango during the past two years.
The accused Indrapal Singh Saini, Shiv Kumar Mahto and Srikant alias Santosh used to rape the minor by blackmailing her on the basis of a clipping of an obscene act with her.
The case became sensational as the victim had later revealed about two cops also to have raped her beside several others. The cops include former OC of MGM thana Imdad Ansari and deputy superintendent of police (Patamda) Ajay Kerketta.
The then senior SP, Anoop T Mathew ordered the two cops to set up a four-member team headed by DSP (headquartrs-1) KN Mishra to probe into the case after arresting one of the accused Saini.
