Rajnath to inaugurate police academy
Bhopal: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will inaugurate the newly-constructed building of Central Police Training Academy in Bhopal on May 31. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will presideover the programme. Director General of Bureau of Police Research and Development AP Maheshwari will be the special guest.
The Central Police Training Academy will give shape to the concept of smart police in the state. Training will be given to the directly recruited Deputy Superintendents of Police and Deputy/Assistant Commandants of Central Police Force of states in the academy.
A fully-equipped classroom, office, accommodation for trainees, sports ground, community hall, hospital, shopping complex and badminton hall have been constructed on CAPT premises set up on about 400-acre land in Kanhasaiya area of Bhopal district.
Narottam pays homage to sundar bai
Bhopal: Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra reached Khujner in Rajgarh district and laid a wreath on the body of Sundar Bai Julaniya, mother of Additional Chief Secretary RS Julaniya. Mishra prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and expressed deepest sympathies to the bereaved family. Sundar Bai passed away recently.
Audit begins at BHEl
Bhopal: A two-day ISO 9001 (Version 2015) Surveillance Audit began here on Wednesday at BHEl, Bhopal. On this occasion, DK Thakur Executive Director BHEl Bhopal was present as the Chief Guest.
MS Kinra General Manager (Quality & HR), all general managers and other senior officials were present in the programme. It is noteworthy to mention that BHEl has earlier received the certification in December 2017. Madhukar Arren (leader) and Ajay Mathur will carry out the audit during the two-day programme.
Thakur in his address throwing light on the achievements of the unit reiterated to wheel the unit on the path of glorifying success. He further assured the auditors of providing unstinted support in carrying out the audit.
Kinra welcoming the guest briefed the gathering of the various activities undertaken by the unit in achieving all the audit parameters. Arren in his address highlighted the details of the audit process.
Earlier, Santosh Meena, DGM (QTR) made a presentation on the projects executed by the unit. Anurag Shukla AGM (BEX) compered the programme while AK Chaturvedi, AGM (Quality) coordinated the entire programme.
Nature painting at RMNH
Bhopal: Regional Museum of Natural History, Bhopal organized Nature Painting programme on Wednesday under Summer Nature Study Programme. During the programme, participants created painting based on plants, wildlife, ponds, waterfalls, mountains etc in the guidance of Navin Kumar, Artist. Participants showed the importance of environment and its conservation and affect of plastic pollution on plants, wildlife through the painting. Manik lal Gupta, Scientist-B was the Coordinator of the programme.
