Serving patients is noble deed: Umashankar
Bhopal: Minister for Revenue Umashankar Gupta has said that serving patients is a noble deed. The services rendered without selfless motive always bear fruit for the sick and for doctors in the form of blessings. Gupta was inaugurating the health camp organized by the Siddhanta Red Cross Hospital at Virangana Complex of Kotra, Bhopal.
Gupta has appealed to the people to avail benefits of free health check up by visiting these kind of camps in large number. He gathered information about health examinations being carried out by the doctors. Gupta also felicitated the social activist Rajesh Verma for his active cooperation in the camp.
Before this, Revenue Minister Gupta performed bhoomi poojan for construction of CC road and drainage system costing Rs 5 lakh at Vallabh Nagar No; 1 (Ward No; 33) situated near state Mantralaya. Corporator Shankar Makoriya and other public representatives were present on the occasion.
Shivraj visits Piplani village to bless newly wed couples
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached village Piplani of Nasrullahganj block of Sehore district on Sunday and blessed newly wedded couples. He extended best wishes for their happy married life in the group marriage function held here. Two hundred and seven girls of Gond community and 30 girls of Korku community tied the nuptial knot in the programme.Chairman Forest Development Corporation Guruprasad Sharma, President Janpad Dulari Devi Dhurve, Devi Singh Dhurve, Ravi Malviya besides other public representatives, Collector Tarun Kumar Pithode, SP Siddhartha Bahuguna, government employees and gharati-barati (People from brides and grooms) side in large number were present on the occasion.
