discussions for nutrition conference 2018

Bhopal: Arjan De Wagt, Chief of Nutrition, UNICEF India. Michael Juma, Chief UNICEF, Madhya Pradesh, Anil Gulati, Communication Specialist, and Pushpa Awasthy, Nutrition Officer, with UNICEF Madhya Pradesh met Woman and Child Development Minister Archana Chitnis at State Mantralaya on Tuesday. Technical discussions were held for the upcoming nutrition conference in April 2018 in the State which will focus on nutrition literacy and nutrition initiatives. Arjan De Wagt also made presentation on community based severe acute malnutrition and praised the efforts of the State to address malnutrition.JN Kansoitya, Principal Secretary in Woman and Child Development, Sundeep Yadav, Commissioner in Woman and Child Development and Jaishree Kyawat, Commissioner Woman Empowerment were present at the meeting.

Bhopal:A Comprehensive Mobile App covering Revenue Bill has been inaugurated by Honorable ExecutiveDirector DK Thakur BHEl Bhopal on 22-01-2018. GM (HR), GM (P&D IT and TCB) and senior officials were present during the function. The revenue bill mobile app has been designed and developed by joint effort of HR Town Admin and Information Technology & Services Division.Executive Director, BHEl Bhopal appreciated the ITS and TAD team for this good initiative. The Integrated App covers Township Revenue bill for Shops, School, Offices, Ex-Employees, other Residents/ Establishments .The app helps to view Bill in real-time basis with online payment facility with SBI.App has easy accessibility using six digit PIN and can be Accessible Anytime Anywhere. It provides Complete Transparency and Real-Time data and an initiative towards Cash-less Smart Township. Mobile App has been demonstrated by NP Sanodia HOD (ITS), Anant Toppo, HOD (TAD) and SB Singh AGM (Township).

staffer throws hot dal on student

Dindori: A student in ludra village in Dindori district was allegedly burnt after a mid-day meal serving staffer threw hot 'dal' on him. Prince, a Class 1 student, had requested for some extra 'dal' when the staffer poured it on him.Prince's face, throat, chest and back has been severely burnt. He is out of danger now and recovering in a hospital. A case has been registered against the staffer and action will be taken, police said.
