A 24 year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death on Thursday evening by unknown assailants at Nukkadwala restaurant's godown located in PVR Anupam at Saket of National Capital.
The deceased is identified as Hemant Kumar is a resident of Dakshinpuri in Delhi and used to work in restaurant. According to Vijay Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), south district, they recieved a call from the Madan Mohan Malviya hospital in Malviya Nagar around 7 PM. "They informed us about the incident and told us that Hemant was declared brought dead," said the DCP.
"Hemant was brought to Hospital by his friends who also works in the same restaurant. He had one knife stab wound on his chest. Further cause of his death are being ascertained. We have called FSL team and the investigation is going on," the DCP said.
