Member of legislative Assembly from Rajouri Garden and Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) General Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa has written to the Haryana Chief Minister Manohar lal Khattar for including chapters on Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib and Baba Banda Singh Bahadur in Haryana State Education syllabus.

Sirsa said, “I am  shocked to know that chapters on Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib has been excluded from school syllabus, adding,

“This  information had hurt the sentiments of not only members of the Sikh community but all the positive thinkers as Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib  had sacrificed his life for the sake of  humanity and for saving lives of Kashmiri Pandits”.
