Rakesh kumar, CMD, NLC India Limited, inaugurated newly constructed Dining Hall, Kitchen and Washing room and additional facilities in the presence of V Anbuselvan, IAS, Distrct Collector, Cuddlore, R Vikraman, Director (HR), NLCIL at Town Hall in Cuddalore town.The facilities at Town Hall,Cuddalore provided by NLCIL at a cost of Rs 69.00 lakhs under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) intitiatives.

The 44th Annual General Meeting of National Fertilizers Limited was held on 27th September, 2018 at New Delhi. The AGM was chaired by Manoj Mishra,C&MD, NFL. In his address, Mishra shared the financial and operating performance of the Company during the FY 2017-18 with shareholders.
RAILWAY BOARD CHAIRMAN HOLDS SAFETY REVIEW MEETING
Chairman Railway Board, Ashwani Lohani, held a detailed safety performance review meeting of Indian Railways with all Railway Board Members and General Managers of Zonal Railways and Chairman & Managing Director, Konkan Railway on Saturday through videoconferencing. With constant focus on ‘Safety’ and related infrastructure enhancement works; there has been a perceptible improvement in the safety performance of Indian Railways in the last twelve months (September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018). The number of consequential train accidents during this period has come down to 75 as compared to 80 in the corresponding previous twelve months. There has been appreciable reduction in number of serious train accidents thereby leading to significant reduction in Fatalities from 249 to 40 and Injuries from 513 to 57.
