The candidates of the ABVP swept majority of posts in the student union election at Veer Shahid Kesari Chand Government Post Graduate College, Dakpathar on Wednesday. ABVP bagged six posts, including that of president. A total of 1,631 students took part in the elections. The college authorities had set up six booths for the students to cast their votes. Bhagyashree of the ABVP was elected as president while Samir Ansari of the NSUI was chosen as vice-president. Shivam Pandey was elected as secretary while Archana was declared winner in the elections for the post of treasurer. Aryan group was wiped out in these elections.
