Valuables worth Rs 50,000 burgled from Ravishankar Nagar

Valuables worth Rs 50000 were burgled from Ravishankar Nagar under Habibganj police station area on Monday.

According to the police the victim Chhaya Joshi and her daughter Priya have gone for work in the morning and were they returned from the work in the evening the valuables were found burgled.

A complaint was lodged with the Habibganj police and in his complaint victim stated that she and her daughter work with private firm and left the house in the morning and on Monday as their routine they left the house and later found that the valuables were burgled.

In the burglary one gold finger ring, one pair gold ear rings and Rs 10000 cash were found burgled. The total loss in the burglary was Rs 50000 claimed the victim.

Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation.

Meanwhile, valuables worth Rs 45000 were burgled from 1100 quarters under Habibganj police station area on Monday.

The victim is Deputy Director with Education department.

Police said that the victim Brijbhusan Saxena’s family had gone to Pune and on Monday he had gone to office and on his return from work the house was found burgled.

Victim in his complaint stated that the loss in the burglary is around Rs 45000. In the burglary Rs 40000 cash was burgled.

The police have registered a case under section 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
