District and Sessions Judge G P Yadav on Monday sent triple murder accused Udayan Das to jail till March 10 here, police said.
Police presented him at the court of District and Sessions Judge after ending of Udayan’s custodial remand issued on February 17 (Friday) for 10 days, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Vijay Agrawal said.
The Raipur Police did not ask for further custodial remand of the triple murder accused Udayan so District and Sessions Judge GP Yadav sent him to jail till March 10, the ASP further said.
It may be recalled that, Udayan Das has been accused of killing his parents Indrani Das and BK Das who also allegedly buried their bodies in the garden of his house located at Sunder Nagar area of Raipur.
Further, Udayan has also been accused of killing his live-in partner Akanksha Shasrma and allegedly entombing her body in the house situated at Saket Nagar in Bhopal.
