The artists of Vihaan drama works are all set to woo the theatre buffs with narrating the Story of an Untitled Canvas. The play Story of an Untitled Canvas will be staged on Friday at Madhya Pradesh State Tribal Museum under its regular series of drama ‘Abhinayan’. The artists are doing the final rehearsals of the play. The play is being directed by Sudeep Sohini.

Sudeep has experimented with the light design and music of this play. The theatre buffs will be entertained with abstract stage craft, live music and nuclear format. Besides, the play is prepared after a long workshop of 60 days. The play 'Story of an Untitled Canvas' delve deep into the human heart and its various stages of dealing with personal loss. Guilt, hopelessness and a constant struggle with life to get back on track again made the central subject.

The play presents the story of a man, whose unrequited love for a girl and his attempt to let his feelings known to her causes her to meet with an accident. Her fate unknown and a heart full of guilt, Rishabh (the protagonist) spirals down into depression, self loathing and a life of isolation, until he meets another girl Kamya. But this time too, fate has different plans as she is an escort and the truth becomes too harsh to handle for Rishabh.

Once again feeling defeated in love, he finally moves to another town, with a new hope to find meaning in his life, this time with an untitled canvas and some colours.
