No sanctioned allotment in different departments should lapse: JK Jain

No sanctioned allotment in different departments should lapse and if allotment gets lapsed, then the responsible would be asked to explain the reason. Such instructions were given by district collector JK Jain at time limit meeting on Monday.

In the meeting, he said that every department’s officer was asked regarding budget allocation, work, progress and pending works. During the meeting district collector Jain instructed to handle pending issues with sensitization of MP Helpline, PG Cell, public hearing and other issues were discussed.

He emphasized that officials should work with dedication and not as burden which will help them as differentiating with others and help in developing a new vision. New ideas and work comes from positive attitude which makes the process of learning important and leads to work with enthusiasm and activeness.

Sharing the importance of helping Jain said that the subordinates should be helped with suggestions which could help them in improvement of their quality of work.

Wheat procurement, revenue collection, curbing illegal mining, removal of encroachment, Prime Minister Krishi Sinchayee Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana should be done properly. Toilets under Samagrha Swachta Abhiyaan should be constructed and to monitor the work officers should make OIC.

The work culture requires massive change and with the aim gradually things have to be adopted. The officials require creating their departmental email id with their name and designation so that it could be used for communication. Different works benefitting the people should be done to ensure that the beneficiaries of schemes are benefitted.

It is important to develop paperless and cashless systems which are beneficial for the administration.
