The NEET PG- 2017 counseling Board has taken a strong exception of repeated dilly dallying shown by the management of Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS) Jollygrant Dehradun about informing its PG seats and fees structure.
In a meeting held on Thursday the board issued a final warning to the medical college and asked its Principal to submit the required information like number of subject wise PG seats, their fees structure and acceptance for centralised counseling by Friday afternoon. The Himalayan medical college has not properly responded to regular directions of the university in the past on the subject and informed university that it has sought legal opinion on the matter. The Registrar of the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University, Dr Ashutosh Sayana said that action would be initiated against the medical college if the deadline is ignored.
