BJD president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik would review the results of the recent rural elections with party panchayat representatives at the BJD State office here beginning from April 2.
Obviously shocked at the sliding of the numbers of the seats in the three-tier panchayat institutions that has been the gain of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Patnaik has now embarked upon a drive to assess what went wrong for the ruling party at the grassroots level.
The interaction would begin with the representatives of the districts of Koraput and Jajpur, said BJD spokesperson Amar Prasad Satpathy to the media on Thursday.
This round of intraparty discussions on the rural poll outcomes by Patnaik follows his talks on the matter with party MlAs and Ministers earlier.
