The State Government on Thursday shifted Panchayat department Commissioner Santosh Mishra, who had recently come to light for accusing Additional Chief Secretary of his department RS Julania.
Mishra has been posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the State Mantralaya.
When State Assembly was in progress, Mishra had complained chest pain and alleged that while discussing the departmental issues, Julania had scolded him and thus he became sick. It was later found that the blood pressure of Mishra had shot up.
Mishra was admitted in Hamidia hospital and he was discharged only after two days.
later, when Chief Minister Shivraj Singh summoned Julania to know about the reason behind the incident, he informed the Chief Minister that Mishra had changed thePanchayat Secretary Mishra removed statement of Mandsaur district Collector and sent misleading information to the State assembly to safeguard Sitamau Janpad CEO, who was facing corruption charges.
The order for transferring Mishra from the department suggests that the Chief Minister got convinced with the agreements of Julania.
In two other orders issued on Thursday, Masood Akhtar, who was posted with AIDS Control as Director, would replace Mishra as Commissioner in Panchayat department, while Higher Education Commissioner MB Ojha has been posted as Commissioner in Ujjain division.
