The Kosal Janata Dal (KJD), a recently-floated political outfit, would be an edifice built brick by brick on a strong foundation with a clear roadmap to achieve separate statehood for Kosalanchal, said KJD president Baidyanath Mishra.
Addressing the KJD’s founder-members here on Sunday, he said, “let us be positive in our approach as positive thinking generates positive thoughts. Thoughts are converted into words, words into action, action into habit; and habit defines character.
The ongoing agenda of the party is to raise its membership, and only after achieving a sizeable number the party would lend wings to its dream, he said and asked the members to hold on to the ground with patience.
Similar were the views expressed by party vice-president Sanat Kumar Pradhan, who said slow and steady wins the race.
The membership drive for founder members would close on February 15, giving way to launch of an active membership campaign which would continue till end of March, Mishra said. He announced induction of laltendu Choudhury as treasurer and educationist Kamal Krishna Pradhan and Dhaneswar Das as members of the CWC.
KJD general secretary Chakranta Jena thanked all those present.
