ICASA holds National Talent Hunt-Elocution Contest

CICASA Bhopal Branch of ICAI organised a National Talent Hunt - Elocution Contest on Tuesday at Hotel Atishay.

CICASA Chairman CA Mayank Agarwal informed that students presented their presentations on different topics - Effects of demonetisation on Bank, Concept of supply under GST, Schedule II and III, , Ways of Improving India's rank in  World Happiness Index.

CA Parul Shrivastava, CA Swati Gupta and CA Rajesh Jain judged the students on their style of delivery, capacity to engage the students, Depth of coverage of the subject matter, PowerPoint presentation and adherence to time limit. Students were also questioned on their topic of presentation.

Vidushi Kapoor bagged the first and Mayserah Mazhar bagged the second position in the Contest. They both have been selected for the regional level round to be held in June and they were presented with trophies. Certificate of participation was given to the participants.  Whule informing about the course CA Mayank Agarwal said that Chartered Accountancy is a distance learning course therefore such program enhances the communication and presentation skills of students.

CICASA Secretary Ramsha Majid conducted the event along with Committee members Aman Mishra, Nirbhay Tomar and Shubhangi Chourasia. CA Anup Shrivastava, CA Saurabh Shrivastava, CA Zuber Ullah Khan were presented in the event.
