The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has claimed that by making provision of profit resistant law for the first time in GST the Narendra Modi Government has protected consumer’s interests.
The BJP State spokesperson and the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) national vice-president Rahul Kothari in a statement here on Saturday said, “By making provisions of profit resistant law in the GST for the first time Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP Government of the Centre has protected the interests of consumers besides making them partner with producers and distributors in the saving and deductions going to take place in taxes.”
The way GST bill has been passed unanimously by Bihar, Telangana and Rajasthan Assemblies and preparations for special Assembly session have been made in Madhya Pradesh on May 3 it becomes clear that the GST is going to get clearance of all the Assemblies of the State in the month of May, he added.
He said that on July 1, 2017 the country would get a financial reform in the shape of GST that would be capable of taking the GDP in tens.
With that the production drive in the country would get momentum besides the transportation of manufactures goods would become easy, he added.
The BJP State spokesperson said that with the GST opportunities of employment would be created and with the uniformity in taxes besides the dream of one nation one tax would be realised and due to removal of blockades from the borders of the States, transportation system would be speeded.
