Additional DG Sanjiv Kumar Singh, who recently returned from deputation from Central government’s NIA, has been posted as Addl DG in anti-Naxal operations wing of Madhya Pradesh police.
Including, Singh, the State government in a minor reshuffle on Monday transferred seven Indian Police Services (IPS) officers.
The Home Department of the state issued new posting orders of Addl DG PHQ - Sanjiv Kumar Singh, a 1987 batch IPS officer as Addl DG Anti Naxal Operations Police Headquarters Bhopal. Commandant 18th Battalion Special Armed Forces (SAF) Shivpuri - Ashok Kumar Goyal an IPS of SPS 2004 batch has been shifted as Commandant 10th Battalion SAF - Sagar. Commandant RAPTC – Indore AP Singh an IPS officer of SPS 2004 has been shifted as Commandant 9th Battalion SAF – Rewa. Assistant Inspector General (AIG) an IPS of SPS 2005 RS Dehriya has been shifted as Commandant 36th Indian Reserve Battalion, SAF Balaghat. Commandant 9th Battalion SAF – Rewa Anita Malviya an IPS officer of SPS 2009 has been shifted as AIG – PHQ Bhopal.
Commandant 10th Battalion SAF – Sagar Sunil Kumar Jain an IPS officer of SPS 2009 has been shifted Superintendent of Police (SP) Anuppur and SP Anuppur Atul Singh an IPS officer of SPS 2010 has been shifted as Commandant 18th Battalion Special Armed Forces (SAF) Shivpuri.
Besides, the Home Department promoted 1992 batch IPS officer Adarsh Katiyar posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to chief minister with additional charge of Addl DG Anti Naxal Operations Police Headquarters Bhopal in the IPS pay scale Matrix 15 as Addl DG in the same capacity that is OSD to chief minister in addition he would hold the charge of Addl DG State Crime Record Bureau while he would be relieved with the charge of Addl DG Anti Naxal Operations Police Headquarters Bhopal.
