Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Saturday reviewed development of the district, block and village levels at local circuit house.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar, Senior Superintendent of Police Anoop T Mathew, Deputy Development Commissioner Suraj Kumar, Sub Divisional Officer, Dhalboomgarh, Madhavi Mishra, Additional Deputy Commissioner Saurabh Kumar and JNAC, Mango and Jugsalai special officers.
The Chief Minister took information regarding the plans of the three municipalities and directed the three officers to release advertisements for the recruitment of volunteers at ward level. The Chief Minister also reviewed the preparedness of the upcoming Sanitation survey. He said that the work should be reflected on the floor, no one should be deprived of toilet facility.
Das also instructed to work under a system for cleanliness and also to make people aware about keeping clean. He said that the administration is working on a wide scale for sanitation.
But public participation is indispensable. The Chief Minister gave instructions on taking the contribution of Kamal Club and members of 20-point in cleanliness works. At the same time, instructing the society to inspire cleanliness and recover the fine from those who do notuse dustbin.
The Chief Minister was apprised by the Deputy Development Commissioner Suraj Kumar about the status of cleanliness and toileting and construction of development schemes in the rural areas of the district.
