Bhopaliites finally get relief from hot, humid weather

The hot and humid weather conditions in Bhopal took a dramatic change in the evening and city witnessed drizzling providing a bit relief to the city dwellers and making the conditions pleasant.  However, the city recorded day temperature of 40.4 degree Celsius that was slightly higher than Friday while the night temperature was recorded at 23.3 degree Celsius.

Rewa was hottest in the state on Saturday with day temperature of 43.2 degree Celsius followed by Khajuraho that recorded day temperature at 43.1 and Damoh that recorded day temperature of 43 degree Celsius.

 Most of the places in the state continue to face hot and humid conditions and the maximum and minimum temperature recorded on Saturday in major cities was Betul 40 and 20.3, Guna 41 and 23.2, Gwalior 42.4 and 24, Hoshangabad 41.2 and 24, Khandwa 42.1 and 23.4, Khargone 40.6 and 23, Rajgarh 41 and 27.5, Ratlam 40.8 and 23.2, Shajapur 41.8 and 25.6, Ujjain 40 and 21, Jabalpur 41.3 and 25.6, Mandla 41.4 and 21.2, Satna 42.2 and 25.5 and Tikamgarh 42.4 and 25 degree Celsius.

Shivpuri and Raisen by recording 39 degree Celsius were the places with lowest day temperature in the state while Sagar followed by recording day temperature of 39.8 and Indore 39.9 degree Celsius.   

Though the persisting Western Disturbance is now moving away but a cyclonic circulation is over parts of Uttar Pradesh. Due to this system, western parts of Uttar Pradesh as well as north and central parts of Madhya Pradesh may receive scattered dust storm or thunderstorm activity.
