A procession was organised by Ramanandiya Vaishnav Mandal and a seminar on poetics was conducted on Sunday to mark the 520th birth celebrations of poet saint and social reformer Tulsidas. The Sadhus of various Akhadas garlanded the idol of Tulsidas and recited from his verses. His poems are a treasure trove of multi-dimensional Indian culture.
