CM to REVIEW plantation DRIVE PrEPaRATIONS

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will review the activities concerning major plantation programme to be held on both the banks of river Narmada and Narmada basin. District Collectors of 22 districts, Superintendents of Police, DFOs and CEOs of district panchayat of Narmada banks and basin will participate in the meeting. It may be mentioned that 6 crore saplings of fruit bearing and umbrageous plants will be planted on July 2 in Narmada basin. The state government has instructed the government officers/employees to take part in the plantation programme mandatorily in order to register a record of maximum plantation in a day in Guinness Books of World Record. Plantations which are undertaken in the presence of witness or steward are only registered in the world record.

 june 4, 5: epco to hold world environment day

Bhopal: Different contests and programmes will be held on world environment day by epco on June 4 and 5 in Bhopal. Citizens and students will participate in them. Drawing contest on relations between nature and life will be held at 9 am and extempore essay contest will take place at 11 am on June 4 at Paryavaran Parisar. Both the contests will be held in two categories. Students of fifth to eighth standard will participate in first category. Second category will be for students from IX to XII standard. Registration for the contests can be done through email ecoevents.epco@gmail.com byJune 3. Best three winners will be given Rs 5000 cash award in both the categories. Meditation and yoga, classical music programme 'in the proximity of nature' will be held at 6 am for environment lover on June 5. Seeds ball will be prepared between 8 am to 2 pm under Sankalp Beej Programme for plantation. Organiser will avail soil and seeds. Prize distribution ceremony will be held in the evening. Govt takes back services of deputED OFFICERS

Bhopal: The state Government has taken back the services of academic and non-academic officers/employees of school education department posted on deputation in other departments who had completed their deputation period with immediate effect. This order will not be applicable on officers/employees posted in corporations/boards under the control of school education department. Directives have been issued to officers/employees engaged in various offices of the department to join their original institution/office till May 31. Salaries of such officers/employees will be drawn after their joining in original institution. In case of non compliance of the directives, concerned drawing and disbursing officers will be held responsible and recovery will be made from their salaries.

CM TO DEDICATE NEW BUIlDING OF RERA

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will dedicate a new building of Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in front of Shaurya Smarak gate no; 3 at 11 am on May 31. Minister for Urban Development Smt. Maya Singh and Chairman, RERA Antony DeSa will present on the occasion. It may be mentioned that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country in which Real Estate Regulatory Authority has been formed and it has been made effective in the entire state from May 1. The real estate sector has been made systematic, transparent and responsible under the Act keeping in view the interest of the consumers. The projects which are proposed for construction in future or were incomplete till April 30, 2017 i.e. projects which were not issued completion certificate by the Municipal Corporation will come under the ambit of Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

National lok Adalat TO BE HElD ON JUlY 8

Bhopal: National lok Adalat will be held in Madhya Pradesh at the directives of National legal Services Authority, New Delhi on July 8. Action will be taken related to exemptions in various taxes pending in the urban bodies of the state. Exemption by the state government will be given on property tax surcharge and rules and regulations in water consumer charges exercising their powers under the section 162 and 163 of Madhya Pradesh Nagar Palik Nigam Adhiniyam -1956 and under section 130,131 and 132 of Madhya Pradesh Nagar Palik Nigam Adhiniyam 1961. The exemption will not be applicable in those bodies where an election process in underway.

last funeral rites of Prem Singh PERFORMEd

Bhopal: last funeral rites of Chitrakoot MlA-district Satna Prem Singh was performed amid vedic mantrochar near Bade Dev Mandir at his home village Barodha. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited crematorium and laid wreath on the mortal remains. Chouhan said that he worked for public welfare. His demise has not only created a political vacuum in Chitrakoot but in the Satna district, which cannot be filled easily. Assembly Deputy Speaker Rajendra Kumar Singh, leader of the Opposition Ajay Singh Rahul also visited Barodha and laid wreath on the mortal remains. MPs Ganesh Singh, Nagendra Singh, MlAs Shankarlal Tiwari, Narayan Tripathi, Yadvendra Singh, Nagendra Singh Gudh were also present. Former Minister Saeed Ahmed, Former MlA Surendra Singh Geharwar, Former President district Panchayat Gagnendra Singh, Narendra Tripathi, public representatives and officers also paid tribute to the departed soul.
