The day Uttar Pradesh got a new Chief Secretary, the Yogi Government carried out a massive reshuffle transferring 40 IAS officers giving posting to eight officers who were at the helm of affairs during the previous Samajwadi Party regime.
Principal Secretary Power and UPPCl chairman Alok Kumar has been relieved from post of Chairman UP Power Generation and Distribution Corporation limited. MD UPPCl Vishal Chauhan has been relieved from MD Power Generation Corporation limited post while Director General, State Nutrient Mission Kamran Rizvi has been made the new chairman and MD of UP Power Generation Corporation limited.
Additional CS and Excise Deepak Trivedi was relieved from Department of Micro, Small and Medium and Export Promotion Department. Sanjay Bhusreddy, who was on waiting, was made Principal Secretary Sugarcane Development, Sugar Industry and Cane Commissioner.
